1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and h888 ("h888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://h888.bar ("the Platform"). Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the h888 Platform. Creating, operating, or having access to multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, h888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter as appropriate.

2.5 Account Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, h888 may at any time request that you submit one or more of the following documents for identity and address verification:

Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in account restriction, suspension of withdrawals, or account closure at h888's discretion.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account under any circumstances. h888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

You agree to notify h888 immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your account, any unauthorised use of your password, or any other breach of security relating to your account. Upon notification, h888 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. h888 reserves the right to treat all instructions issued from your account as genuine unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with clause 3.2 above.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no player-initiated login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. h888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per calendar month to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn by contacting h888 customer support.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

h888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). h888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to registered players.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions may differ across game categories — for example, certain live casino games or low-margin sports bets may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Extensions are not available except at h888's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

h888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited, abused, or attempted to manipulate any promotional offer. This includes, without limitation, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other behaviour that h888 determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Availability

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the Platform to launder money
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing h888 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the h888 Platform — including but not limited to the h888 brand name, logo, graphic design, software, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of h888 or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of h888. Unauthorised use of h888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your h888 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any real-money balance from your account. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Termination by h888

h888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; h888 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; h888 reasonably suspects fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity; or continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to h888 or other players.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account (less any applicable charges) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of verification requirements and confirmation that no prohibited conduct has occurred.

12 Amendments to These Terms

h888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
